If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Items can be exchanged if they were in same condition as bought and not used, within 1 day of receiving the order, however we do not provide refunds only exchange. Exchange is acceptable if:

  1. Item received is not as ordered
  2. Item status didn't match the description (Not as mentioned in product status in the website )
  3. Buyer unsatisfied and wants to exchange with another product but agrees on paying the extra delivery charge and the difference in price.

Due to health, safety and hygiene issues, Cosmetics/Makeup cant be exchanged 


In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items (please check each product status showing its condition before purchase) , please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you.

Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available refunded amount will stay as store credit to use for future ordering.
